Pat Tray is known throughout the world for his outstanding abilities as a
martial artist and as a Special Warfare operator. For the past 20 years,
the four-time combat veteran has been a member of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams,
and during this time he served as the SEAL's hand-to-hand combat instructor
for over 10 years. Because Mr. Tray was just released from active-duty service,
many of his accomplishments have remain concealed. He has been trained,
taught, and made an instructor by some of the most exceptional martial arts
and special operations instructors of this century. He holds a unique blend
of knowledge that is unparalleled.
Pat Tray has earned a Full Instructorship in Bruce Lee's art of
Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do Concepts and Filipino Martial Arts under
martial arts legend Guro Dan Inosanto. He is the DC/Metro Representative for
the Thai Boxing Association of the USA under world famous Ajarn Surachai Sirisute.
Mr. Tray is also an Instructor for JKD and FMA under the extremely talented
Paul Vunak and his Progressive Fighting Systems. RCJ Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
International Association recognizes Mr. Tray as their Virginia State
Representative. He also represents the Shootwrestling Light Heavyweight Champion,
Erik Paulson and Combat Submission Wrestling. Mr. Tray has also trained and
appeared in videos with the Dog Brothers, martial artists who take their training
to the limit.
Pat Tray runs his own academy in Woodbridge, VA. He also spends time developing
agents from the DEA, FBI, Secret Service and various Military Special Forces.
